POLYETHER POLYOL / POLY PROPYLENE GLYCOL – Rigid Sucrose

POLYETHER POLYOL / POLY PROPYLENE GLYCOL – RIGID SUCROSE

CAS NUMBER: 25791-96-2

Polyether Polyol or Poly Propylene Glycol (PPG) Rigid Sucrose-base are derived from propylene oxide with sucrose as the initiator. Together with di-isocyanates, they form polyurethanes (PU), which are used in a number of product applications such as rigid foams and in Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomer (CASE) systems.

Aik Moh Group carries this product from GC Polyols, PTT Group under the tradename GENIX HS-209. GENIX polyether polyols are available in a wide range of molecular weights. It meets the application and processing needs of flexible foam, moulded foam, rigid foam, and non-foam Coating, Adhesive, Sealant, Elastomer (CASE) manufacturers.

Polyols can also be used in non-urethane applications such as surfactants and oil demulsifiers.

APPLICATION:

  • Standard polyether polyol used for rigid polyurethane foams with low viscosity. The resulting foams have well-balanced mechanical properties.
  • Used to produce PU Systems for Heat Insulation materials such as Sandwich Panels, Insulation for Construction, Insulated Household products, and more.
